Our terms and conditions are a contract with you and Your Print Room. When we state "we" "us" "our" we do refer to Your Print Room and are not acting on any other providers. If you do not agree to the below terms and conditions please do not order or use our services. These terms and conditions may change from time to time so please do check if you are continuing to use our website and services.
Design and Production
- All designs are designed and created by us inhouse.
- We do not use any third party in our design process.
- All products and designs are to be use for personal use only.
- Logos supplied to us must be copyrighted by you for us to use them on printed products.
- Customers must have the rights to use their logo on garments print by us.
- At any point through ordering of products, we may decline to supply or produce your products without giving any reason.
- We may not be able to product your order due to stock levels, stockist or if repeat communication fails with yourself and us.
- Timescale maybe affected due to suppliers stock levels, to which we will keep you notified if this is to happen.
- If we do not have all of the product in your order we will offer you alternatives. If this happens you may accept the alternatives we offer or cancel all or part of your order.
- We may receive failed stock at times and this will impact delivery time. We may have to reorder from our supplier in this situation. This will add no extra cost to yourself.
- No foul language will be allowed nor pictures of sexual nature for any product produced by us.
- Customer must contain the rights to use their logo on our garments.
- All designed logos in house we will contain the copyright until payment is received.
- Logos that may need altering for print reasons, we will notify you before print. If you do not approve this your order will not be made and may prolong your order progress and delivery time.
Personalised
- All garments personal are non refundable.
- Spelling of names and messages are as the order is stated.
- We do not take responsibility of misspelt words or names. Please double check before submitting your order.
- If there is a mistake by us we will offer a full refund or a reorder of the product at no extra cost.
- If the mistake is by the customer, full price will have to be paid before the remake of the correct product.
Ordering
- Errors due to website platform error or down time we can not be accounted for this at any one time.
- Please examine your products as soon as you receive them. If you do not tell us of any defect or problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods we shall assume that you have accepted them.
- We will send you a message by email or phone to tell you when we have despatched your order.
- If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time we will do our best to achieve this. At no given time is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.
- Discounts may be applied to your order this may affect the refund policy.
- Once payment has been received we will start your order.
- If we do not have stock in house at time of your order we will order in from our supplier. this may affect delivery times.
- If stock arrived for supplier faulty we will reorder stock. We are not accountable for this and may affect your ordering times.
- Items that are Pick-up will be available from 9am - 5pm from location stated with us on weekdays only unless state otherwise.
- If orders are not collected within 14 days items will not be refunded.
- Pick up orders will have your name and you will only collect your item/s. If you taken more you will be charged.
- We will not be held accountable if item/s are lost from pick up location.
- Documentation may be needed on collection.
Coupons/Codes
- Coupons/Codes are subject to availability on Products.
- Coupon/Code offers can take longer than 3-5 days due to orders levels.
- We may reject your order if the code or coupon have been used inappropriately.
- Code and coupons can be withdrawn at any one time.
- A value may be applied to a coupon/code for a minimum order/spend.
- Time limits may be applied to coupon/code.
- Coupon/Code with expiring must be used or they will be in valid.
- If a time limit has expired the coupon/code will not be able to be used or reclaimed.
- Coupon/Code have no cash value to them and can no be refunded.
Payment
- Payment for personalised items will be paid before product is made.
- The price of products and services may be changed by us at any one time.
- We will never change a price after an order has been made.
- We do not sell products in any country other than the UK.
- We may refuse to deliver the products if you live in a country we do not serve or our couriers do not delivery to.
- Please check our deliveries policy before ordering.
- Faulty stock we will be changed and replacements will be made before delivery of order.
Returns and refunds
- No refund will be allowed for personalised items unless faulty or defective. Your statutory right are not affected.
- For all non personalised products you have ordered, you may return your order within 14 days of the date you received them.
- They must be in original packaging unopened.
- You must tell us that you wish to cancel your order before the production of your item is made
- Once your product has been started you can not cancel your order.
- The price of returns will be down to the you of the product and not by us.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the products you no longer want or need.
- We have no obligation to refund to you your cost of repacking and returning the products
- In any of the above scenarios we will return your money within 14 days to the account you made payment from.
- In returning faulty goods please email the reasons with pictures and clearly stating the fault and when it arises.
- In returning please contact us before you send the item back as we may be unable to refund the product
- If we believe your item has been misused in any way a refund may be refused.
- Products should be packaged correctly for returns purposes and in or simple packaging as received.
- If products are received damage to mis packaging refunds will be refused.
- We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
- We will only return your money subject to the following conditions: - We receive the goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact - You comply with our process of returns and refunds.
- Products with hygiene stickers on can not be returned or refunded due to hygienic reason.
- If products are sent sealed they are to be returned in the same way unless faulty.
- Coupon/Code can not be refunded due to no cash value.
- Discounted items may have a non refund agreement on them, this will be stated at time of ordering.
- Items not collect from us after 14 days will not be refunded.
Deliveries
- Please allow between 3-10 working days to receive products. This does not included postal strikes or courier issues.
- We can not be held accountable for any courier not to deliver once it has left us.
- Call us before placing your order if the delivery date needs to be sooner than what is stated at the time of ordering.
- Please take into account before you order during busy periods i.e Christmas, Easter etc.
- We may put limits on stock ordering depending on how many orders we can send with our couriers, this is subject to change at any one time with no warning.
- For lost parcels we will wait 4 weeks before investigating. If a parcel has still not arrived within the 4 weeks please get in contact for us to take the rights actions that are needed.
- It is possible that the delivery price may have increased or decreased due to courier costs.
- Postage cost on our website may change after ordering, if this was to happens we will not despatch the products until you have confirmed that you wish to continue with the order at the new shipping costs.
- Delivery may take longer due to payment features not available by our couriers.
- Approximate delivery dates will be given when you place your order.
- Some products may have certain delivery restrictions.
